The personal attention of the owners is without parallel: nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is of 5-star hotel quality, and the food is the best you can get. It's truly a home-from-home experience. Highly recommended for a short or long stay, though beware you may well put on a lot of weight from the cooking!! Well done to David and Clive for a lovely stay.
Whilst near the sea front, folk without their own transport may find the hilly terrain difficult to cope with if venturing further afield, e.g. from the railway station, into town and beyond. This is not a criticism of the hotel, but a gentle warning to prospective visitors!

An excellent welcome and a delightful stay; nothing was too much trouble for the attentive staff. The breakfast was of a notably high quality, and the rooms well decorated. The Bosanneth is well placed for Falmouth with its attractions as well as for the countryside, cliffs and beaches. Very strongly recommended.

A wonderful stay at a woderful hotel in a superb location. The welcome from Clive & David was so warm with nothing being too much trouble. Our room was beautiful and the huge Cornish breakfast was an absolute delight. A real home from home with those marvellous little extras. We will definately stay again.

On arrival we received a very warm welcome and were offered tea and coffee with biscuits - even decaf. tea was available. We were made to feel at home, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and we were offered a wide range of items for breakfast including a full Cornish breakfast and a gluten-free full breakfast, with gluten-free fried bread and toast for one of our party. A very enjoyable stay with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Everything was excellent. There was nothing not to like.

Really gorgeous b&b in a great location. Very friendly owners. We stayed in a room at the top of the house with a sea view and a window seat - just perfect! Spotlessy clean with very tasteful decor and great attention to detail. Our room was small but perfectly formed. David kindly gave us a sneaky peek at some of the others rooms and they are all lovely, each with their own theme! Highly recommended

Absolutely first rate. Tremendous attention to detail. Nothing too much trouble. Puts all the big operators to shame. Very guest focussed. Booked on the basis of 97% satisfaction rating from previous guests - I am not sure where the 3% was lost on the basis of our experience! Most other guests at the time of our (first) visit repeat guests.
Some noise from the beach late at night.
